As you may know, Daisy Benson was selected as the PPC for Reading West.
Here is some more information about her:
Daisy Benson currently represents Redlands ward where she has been a councillor since 2006.
She is Deputy Leader of the Lib Dem Group on Reading Borough Council and also Chair of the Housing, Health and Community Care Scrutiny Panel.
In addition, Daisy Benson is well known for her use of social media to campaign having been nominated for the Lib Dem Voice award this year for: Best use of blogging / social networking / e-campaigning by a Liberal Democrat
